Can an oscilloscope measure sound?

No and Yes. Oscilloscopes usually measure voltage, so in order to measure sound, the sound must first be converted into a voltage by some method. A microphone (or even a speaker) can capture the sound and convert it into a voltage signal which can be fed into an oscilloscope and viewed on its display as a waveform.
