If you find yourself needing to quickly
convert Celsius to Fahrenheit, here is a simple trick you can use: multiply the temperature in degrees
Celsius by 2, and then add 30 to get the (estimated) temperature in degrees

I feel that 8(46.4) degrees is just a little cold, a sweater is enough for me. but if you are wearing a t shirt at 8 degrees ,I think it's normal if you are living in a cold climate or/and the feel like temperature is higher than 8. Hey wear what you want in any weather.
