The Bluetechnix Group GmbH, with its subsidiary Bluetechnix R&D GmbH (EMC Laboratory) was founded in 2004 and is a multiply certified Austrian high-tech provider for embedded system solutions. Bluetechnix owns a state accredited testing laboratory for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The company has around 25 employees. Besides theVienna headquarters Bluetechnix has branch offices in Düsseldorf (Germany), Austin (Texas) and Sunnyvale (Silicon Valley).
While Bluetechnix has grown with the business field of System on Modules and has so far delivered more than 100,000 modules to over 1,000 customers worldwide, in 2011 the business field was change to 3D ToF sensors. Meanwhile Bluetechnix belongs to the selective group of world-renowned experts in time of flight (ToF) based depth camera solutions for the industrial market.
